Ensure that the tips are activated (TOOLS-OPTIONS-GENERAL-TIPS) and enable support for CTL and CJK

Testcases:

Inserting and showing notesStatus: Standard

Open new Calc, select cell E12 and INSERT-NOTE.
Type some text and click on a different cell for leaving note.
Ensure that the note is closed and a red dot appears in cell E12
Hover mouse over E12 and ensure that the note is shown.
Context on E12 and SHOW-NOTE => the note is always shown.
Save to different formats (all StarOffice formats and XLS97) and check if the note is saved and reimported.

Select C5 and open the context menu on it. Choose Insert Note and add a note to the cell.
Click on another cell and select C5 again.
Open the context menu and choose Show Note. Now you should be able to Edit the Note by clicking on it.
Click on another cell and select C5 again.
Choose Protect Document-Sheet from the Tools Menu and protect the sheet
Open the context menu on C5, is it possible to Delete the Note from the Menu ? It should not. Unprotect the Sheet and try it again.
Untag Show Note in the Context menu of C5. Now choose Delete Notes from the Context Menu and check that the Notes is gone.

Close documents.

Formatted text in cell notesStatus: Standard
Open new Calc, select cell E12 and INSERT-NOTE.
Type some text and click on a different cell for leaving note.
Context on E12 and SHOW-NOTE => the note is always shown.
Type some text and format text with following attributes:
Font name
Font size
Text color
Text language
Font style (boldness, posture, underline, escapement)
Horizontal and vertical alignment
Spacing between lines
Paragraph indention and spacing
Tabulators
Text direction (LTR/RTL)
Text orientation (horizontal/vertical)
Save to different formats (all StarOffice formats and XLS97) and check if the note is saved and reimported (formating will be only available in *.oos and *.xls)
Close documents.

Positioning and resizing of cell notesStatus: Standard
Open new Calc, select cell E12 and INSERT-NOTE.
Type some text and click on a different cell for leaving note.
Context on E12 and SHOW-NOTE => the note is always shown.
Click on note and ensure that the green handles could be seen.
Resize note by mousedrag on the green handles.
Move note to a different position (on the same sheet) by mousedrag.
Context on note and POSITION and SIZE.
Change the position and size by dialog.
Save to different formats (all StarOffice formats and XLS97) and check if the note is saved and reimported (formating will be only available in *.oos and *.xls)
Close documents.
